San Marcos police have issued an AMBER Alert for an abducted 2-year-old boy.Police say Legend Torres was taken from Children's Park in the 200 block of South CM Allen Parkway in San Marcos around 1:30 p.m. Saturday.Investigators say the suspect is considered armed and potentially dangerous.They believe he is a family member and that he's headed towards the Dallas Fort Worth area in a silver '23 Mitsubishi Outlander with Texas license plate number TKK 8328.
