Max Scherzer wins back-to-back Cy Young Awards

Washington Nationals right-hander Max Scherzer won his second straight and third overall Cy Young Award on Wednesday.

He earned 27 of 30 first-place votes in voting by the Baseball Writers' Association of America along with three second-place votes for a total of 201 points.
