Stanford’s Cameron Brink goes second in WNBA draft to L.A. Sparks

Cameron Brink’s WNBA career will begin in Los Angeles next month after the Sparks selected her with the No. 2 pick in Monday’s draft. Brink was a first-team All-American, Pac-12 Player of the Year and national Defensive Player of the Year at Stanford this season. She averaged 17.8 points and 11.9 rebounds and led the nation with 3.7 blocks per game.
