Former Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan (R), candidate for the state’s U.S. Senate seat, said in an interview that aired Sunday that he did not have a “burning desire” to be senator but was compelled to run for the seat because of the “broken” system. “I still don’t have any burning desire to be a senator.
