Billy Reil passes away at the age of 44. The unfortunate news of Reil's passing began to circulate on Monday, April 29 after Brett Lauderdale shared a post on social media. Sorry to hear about the passing of Billy Reil. Unfortunately, I can't say Im surprised. He was a funny guy and as "South Philly" as it gets.
