Stamps are going up in price for the second time this year as PostNL posts a loss of €8 million, its Q1 figures show. From July, it will cost to €1.14 to send a letter, a rise of five cents, PostNL said. The company already upped the price of a stamp in January from €1.01 to €1.09.
