DPS axing quadrant transportation system

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) -- Dayton Public Schools is creating a change to increase the amount of students that can use district bus transportation. DPS announced Thursday that the current four-quadrant transportation system will be transformed into north and south zones for the upcoming school year.
