The Windsor mould and plastics firm Emrick Plastics will shut down after its parent company ABC Technologies decided to consolidate operations. Toronto-based ABC Technologies also owns the Windsor Mold Group, which it bought for $165 million in 2022, and Amherstburg’s Precision Plastics.
