BATON ROUGE - Baton Rouge City-Parish officials want 17-year-olds transferred from the Baton Rouge Juvenile Detention Facility to the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison by Friday.Currently, there are seven 17-year-olds at the juvenile detention center.
