Ramp closures on SR 99 pushed back

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), along with Security Paving, announced a planned lane shift for northbound State Route 99, just south of Avenue 12, in Madera County. What was planned for a change on April 8, the lane shift has been pushed back to at least April 12, but could be pushed back because of rain this weekend.
