A 38-year-old male driver from East Palo Alto died after exceeding the speed limit on a San Francisco Bay Area highway and crashing into a metal guardrail Wednesday, official said. Three children — ages 2, 4 and 8 — from the same city were injured, the California Highway Patrol said.
