Google computer scientist Supasorn Suwajanakorn has created a lip-reading technology that can make convincing, fake videos of celebrities saying anything he wants.

The computer program learns how to imitate the way a person talks by watching videos of them speaking.

It created a fake (and convincing) video of Obama giving a speech after it was fed just 14 hours of presidential addresses. 

Suwajanakorn said the technology could have terrible consequences if it gets "in the wrong hands."
