A New York has been charged with manslaughter after he allegedly struck a New Jersey cab driver in the head with a hockey stick before he fatally crashed.

WEST NEW YORK -- A New Jersey cab driver fatally crashed his car Saturday night in New York City after a pedestrian struck him in the head with a hockey stick, police said.
