PORTLAND, Ore. — Former University of Kansas and lottery pick Ben McLemore was arraigned Wednesday in a Portland area court on four sex charges, including first-degree rape and first-degree unlawful sexual penetration, both A-level felonies that carry a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison, according to Clackamas County (Ore.)
