The Guardians got to face off with a highly-touted pitching prospect last night in Texas. Jack Leiter was on the mound, and probably wishes he hadn’t been. I don’t know how true this is, but it felt like he only threw about 11 strikes the entire night. Ankielesque. But it looked like the Guardian offense might put his poor performance to waste, as they were unable to capitalize in the first inning.
