The Texas Department of Agriculture announced that Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller and the department's State Office of Rural Health recently granted an investment of more than $23 million toward Broadband Infrastructure Improvement Grants which provides additional aid to all rural hospitals throughout Texas.
