DOVER. Del. – The Dover Police Department and Delaware State University Police Department are investigating a homicide that occurred early Sunday morning on campus at DSU. At 1:40 a.m., DSU Police received a call for shots fired near Warren-Franklin Hall. Responding officers found the victim, an 18-year-old female, who had suffered a gunshot wound to her upper body.
