CLEVELAND -- Make sure to keep an eye on the sky just before midnight Wednesday.
According to the Farmers' Almanac, the final full moon of the year -- and the decade -- will occur on Dec. 12 at 12:12 a.m.
(Sadly, that's only if you live in the eastern time zone, so those in Kansas City's central time zone can expect to see the full moon at 11:12 a.m. on Dec. 11 -- which still makes for a fun palindrome: 12/11 at 11:12 p.m.)
