Employees at the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter have voted to form a union, marking the first notable tech company to organize amid growing unrest in the industry.
The union, Kickstarter United, has been recognized by management after workers voted 46 to 37 in favor of unionizing. It will be part of the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU). Continue reading
