Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett hit Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph in the head with Rudolph's own helmet in the final seconds of the game on Nov. 14.
Garrett was suspended indefinitely and is out for the rest of the season, with a $45,000 fine. And though Rudolph was slapped with a $50,000 penalty, he has yet to be suspended for a single game, a fact that Browns fans don't seem too happy about.
