'Fully engulfed' car fire on Bay Bridge to delay traffic into San Francisco

A large car fire in the westbound side of the Bay Bridge was expected to cause traffic issues for motorists headed to San Francisco Tuesday morning, according to California Highway Patrol. Firefighters and a tow truck were headed to the scene to put out the flames and tow away the husk of the burned car. It was not immediately clear what started the fire.
