The Saeima vote on Braže's nomination is expected on Thursday. Braže is currently Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Previously, she was Latvia's Ambassador to the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, as well as NATO's Deputy Secretary General for Public Diplomacy.
