More than 2,000 cases of cooking oil have been recalled due to a packaging issue involving glass, sparking a nationwide warning, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said on Monday.Primal Kitchen issued the recall of 2,060 cases of three code dates of Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil because the glass may be prone to breakage.
