A police pursuit is causing major traffic delays early Thursday morning after crossing state lines, and ending in a crash.It all began when a New Castle County police vehicle was stolen on Route 7 in Wilmington, Delaware, leading police on a chase towards Pennsylvania.A crash brought the chase to an end on I-95 near Tilghman Street in Chester, Pennsylvania.Northbound lanes of I-95 are now closed at the Commodore Barry Bridge heading towards Chester.This is a developing story.
