Demko out Game 2 for Canucks with undisclosed injury

Thatcher Demko will not play for the Vancouver Canucks in Game 2 of the Western Conference First Round against the Nashville Predators on Tuesday (10 p.m. ET; SN, TVAS2, ESPN2, BSSO) because of an undisclosed injury.
