West Virginia fire department rescues elderly people from flooded vehicle

(UPDATE - 1:15 p.m.) - The New Cumberland Volunteer Fire Department (NCFVD) conducted an emergency rescue this afternoon after two elderly people were stranded in flood water in their car in the downtown area.
