NYU student uses fashion and femininity to raise money for victims in Sudan

This past Sunday at the Kimmel Center for University Life, GLS senior Rund Mohammed presented her senior thesis showcase and fashion show, titled “Garment of Ghorba.” The curated collection expressed Sudanese culture through clothing, aiming to raise awareness about the current civil war in Sudan.
