Houston heats up as 130K-plus still without power Tuesday after storm that caused at least eight deaths

Five days after the deadly derecho, more than 130,000 homes, businesses and schools in the Houston area remain without electricity, according to CenterPoint Energy, which says power restorations should be "substantially complete" by Wednesday.
