Suspended Boca Raton Mayor Susan Haynie will go to trial in March.
A trial date of March 23 was set Tuesday for the two-term mayor, who was suspended by then-Gov. Rick Scott after her arrest in April 2018.
Haynie is charged with three counts of official misconduct and one count each of perjury in an official proceeding, misuse of public office, corrupt misuse of official position and failure to disclose voting conflicts.
