Yet another fire has broken out in California, burning thousands of acres of land in Santa Barbara County. The Cave Fire started Monday afternoon around 5 p.m. in the Los Padres National Forest and has swept through more than 4,000 acres, the Santa Barbara County Fire Department said around 10:30
