Wisconsin Awards $32.6 Million in Grants to Housing Developers

Wisconsin housing developers are set to receive $32.6 million in housing tax credits for 2024, part of $525 million in workforce housing in this year’s biennial budget, Gov. Tony Evers’ office said. The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority received $56 million in grant requests from developers with 23 developments in 14 counties that will create 1,383 affordable housing units being awarded the grants.
