Redevelopment of Denver’s former Johnson & Wales campus brings “once-in-a-generation opportunity”

A nonprofit group's conversion of the former Johnson & Wales University campus in east Denver is quickly taking shape, with affordable housing opening soon while a school, a cafe and job training programs operate on the historic site. City officials also are eyeing some buildings to house migrants.
