NEW YORK - Wednesday's high winds and soaking rain took down trees in New York City. A large tree came down overnight in Marble Hill, Manhattan, taking down power lines and damaging cars. It's unclear if power has been affected in the area, but 228th Street will be closed for the morning commute.
