Commanders are in line to take a quarterback with the NFL draft's 2nd pick
NBC4 Washington -

The Washington Commanders are in line to get one of the top quarterbacks available with the second pick in the NFL draft. LSU’s Heisman Trophy winner Jayden Daniels, North Carolina’s Drake Maye and Michigan’s national championship-winning J.J. McCarthy are all possibilities for Washington assuming Chicago goes with USC’s Caleb Williams first as expected. New general manager Adam Peters said Thursday the Commanders feel great about keeping and using the No. 2 pick rather than trading down.
