NEW DELHI: It took a little less than 10 minutes on Tuesday morning for a bizarre sequence of events and a bloodbath to unfold on a busy flyover in northeast Delhi, at the end of which two people had died an untimely death. It started with a 44-year-old man going on the rampage just half an hour before noon and shooting at least two people, one of them a police officer, before putting the pistol to his own head.
