Habibur Masum has been charged over the death Kulsuma Akter who was attacked in Bradford on Saturday, West Yorkshire Police said on Wednesday evening. The 25-year-old of Leamington Avenue, Burnley, has also been charged with possession of a bladed article. He has been remanded into custody to appear at Bradford Magistrates Court on Thursday.
