Saudi state-run news agency quotes prosecutors as saying that Jamal Khashoggi was killed in a fight at the Saudi Consulate in Turkey. 

Meanwhile in Istanbul, investigators questioned staff from the Saudi Consulate and explored whether his remains could have been dumped outside Istanbul, Turkish media and a security official said.
