A 51-year-old man faces several charges after he was caught with a loaded handgun and illegal drugs in front of a Westchester cafe, police said. The arrest resulted from an incident on Monday, April 8 around 4:20 a.m., when a suspect was seen allegedly displaying a gun at the Pit Stop gas station in New Rochelle at 819 Main St., according to New Rochelle Police Captain J.
