LOUISVILLE—Rory McIlroy has filed for divorce from his wife, Erica. According to Palm Beach County records, McIlroy filed a petition of divorce on May 13, with records showing a return of service served to Erica. TMZ was the first to report the news. McIlroy and Eric began dating in 2014 and were married in 2017. They have one child together. The divorce was filed a day after McIlroy won the Wells Fargo Championship.
