Griffner and Studio F. A. Porsche have teamed up to create a stylish prefabricated home. It’s known as the floating house and it features a stylish design with floor-to-ceiling windows as well as black tiles on the first floor. While the exterior shell is built quickly (2 weeks), the complete home takes 5-7 months with a starting price of nearly €1.17 million.
