A suspect has been apprehended in connection with a Westchester hit-run that left a 35-year-old woman dead, police announced. The arrest stemmed from an incident on Monday, April 8 just before 5 a.m., when a victim was struck on Buena Vista Avenue between Main Street and Dock Street in Yonkers, according to Yonkers Police.
