Cameras used to catch suspected cop killer Chicago police said video footage from nearly 100 surveillance cameras helped them in their investigation into who killed Officer Luis Huesca. With the assistance from U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force, Chicago Police found and arrested Xavier Tate Jr. in Glendale Heights.
