ALBANY — President Joe Biden granted clemency to a city woman who spent more than four years in federal prison for a nonviolent drug conviction. Stacy L. Wilder, 49, was one of several individuals given clemency on Wednesday, according to the White House. Wilder could not immediately be reached for comment. She and a co-defendant, Reginald V.
