(UPDATE 5/3): Two men have been arrested in connection with a death investigation on Tom Hill Sr. Boulevard on April 27. 20-year-old Jaylon Emanuel Stephens and 21-year-old Daeshawn Markell Hardwick were arrested at a residence within the 1800 block of Swan Drive.
