PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The Pittsburgh Penguins will miss the Stanley Cup Playoffs for the second consecutive season. After the Washington Capitals beat the Philadelphia Flyers 2-1 on Tuesday, the Penguins were eliminated from the playoff race.
