After a month of failing to deliver the big hit, the Astros got one in the biggest spot as Victor Caratini delivered a two-out, pinch-hit walk-off home run to right field in the 10th inning to beat the Guardians 10-9 on Tuesday night at Minute Maid Park. Caratini, who was pinch-hitting for Jake Meyers, took a 1-0 fastball from Hunter Gaddis and smoked it just over the right-field wall.
