Long-term JNET investigation leads to arrest of local man

COLUMBUS, Ind. — A local man was arrested on felony drug charges Thursday as a result of a long-term investigation by the Joint Narcotics Enforcement Team. During the course of the narcotics investigation, Christopher M. Hubbert, 43, of 355 McClure Road, Columbus was identified as a suspected retail distributor of methamphetamine, investigators said.
