Texas drought worsens for 6th week in a row, seasonal outlook offers mixed notes on relief

As of Monday, Texas drought conditions were at their greatest extent since mid-January after six weeks in a row of small increases. Meanwhile, future drought conditions for the Texas Panhandle were forecasted to improve in the eastern counties and worsen in the west.
