The Phillies overcame the awful City Connect uniforms and Ben Davis’s broadcasting for a casual Friday night win. Garrett Crochet got the start for the White Sox and came into this game with a promising start to the season as their ace. He pitched to a 3.57 ERA in his first starts which included seven innings of one-run ball against the Atlanta Braves earlier in the month.
