Three people were arrested after Saturday night’s fatal shooting of two teen girls that shocked the city of Napa, officials said Tuesday. John Nicholson Jr., 22, of Vallejo was detained Monday evening and booked into Napa County jail; he faces two felony counts of murder, the Napa Police Department said in a news release.
